M&M Subway Cookies made vegan

Chewy Subway Style M&M Cookies made vegan ✨

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 can vegan condensed milk (I love the coconut version)

2 ½ cups plain flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup vegan M&Ms from Naturally Good (Australia)

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200degrees fan-bake. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until just combined. Add in condensed milk and fold together.

2. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix together with a wooden spoon.

3. Sprinkle in the vegan chocolate M&Ms (or sub for vegan choc chips) and roll the dough into small balls. Flatten cookies and place them on a baking paper lined tray in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

4. Remove from the fridge and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool for 30 minutes before enjoying.
